ll of AVOTRA™'s customers can also use the Consolidated Booking Exchange (CBE™) in order to create an additional distribution channel for their products and services.  The Multi-Tenant architecture, which allows all of our customers to sit on one instance, also allows us to aggregate businesses along geographical, industrial, etc. categories to create highly specialized portals for the procurement of all of these services through an intelligent selection process.

CBE™ is not, however, limited to users of the ITS™ Platforms.  Suppliers can integrate their fleet management systems with CBE™ through AVOTRA CONNEX™  provided they enable AVOTRA™ to have live access to their population in order to execute AVOTRA™ ‘s intelligent selection process.

CBE™ is end user facing and takes live supply information from the population of available service providers, offering best choices to the end user based on request, defined profile and historical feedback. The platform not only allows you to create a network of integrated service providers, it allows you to create a network of SPECIFIC fleet members within all of the service providers you have selected.  MORE IMPORTANTLY, it allows AVOTRA™ to select a population of service providers and individual fleet members that your business should be using based on your predetermined preferences, if you so desire.  

Within CBE™ we have developed two additional aggregation portals aimed at broader audiences which are the following:

AVOTRA™ MARSHAL

An aggregation tool designed for high traffic fixed points where: a) several third party requests are received for a large and diverse number of services; and/or, b) several requests for specific services.

An example of the former would be hotels where a concierge would book several cars, taxis, beauty treatments, etc. on behalf of the guests of a hotel while an example of the latter would be restaurants, bars, and clubs that request several private cars and/or taxis for their clients.

AVOTRA™ MARSHAL will also allow Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, etc. to define their population, ensuring that only those service providers that are part of their service cloud, have access to their end users.

AVOTRA™ VENUE

An aggregation tool designed mostly for the ITS™ platform, that would work best on large venue fixed touch screen kiosks to enable end users to book transportation.

Designed for major events, supermarkets, stadiums, train stations, shopping malls, etc.

AVOTRA™ VENUE would provide users in high traffic public areas with accurate pricing, vehicle ETA & information, arrivals board / notification and connects over WIFI or GPRS to the AVOTRA ITS™ platform.
